Grab them while you can. Volkswagen terminated production of the Golf in the United States, capping a 46-year run that saw the iconic hatchback branded as the Rabbit at times.

 

However, this isn't the end of American-market Golfs. The last regular-market vehicles were produced at Volkswagen's Puebla, Mexico, plant last week, although the performance-oriented GTI and R variants will return in 2022 on the eighth-generation Golf chassis.
